Housing
The institute helps students who study in Cairo to find a flat, usually a furnished apartment with two or three bedrooms near the school. There are two options:
- The institute finds a flat before arrival, after sending photos and video, so the student goes straight from the airport to the flat
- The student chooses a flat on arrival from a selection made by the institute, staying in a hotel for two or three days meanwhile
Students may share a flat and split the rent. Landlords usually ask for one month's rent as a deposit. The institute charges a one-off commission of 20% of one month's rent when it finds the flat.
