Seton Hall Preparatory School (Seton Hall Prep, or "The Prep") is a Catholic college-preparatory high school for boys in West Orange, New Jersey, in the United States. Founded in 1856, it describes itself as the oldest Catholic college-preparatory school in New Jersey. It is administered by priests of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Newark and teaches grades 9 to 12. About 975 students from 130 localities attend, with a faculty of 95. Its motto is "Hazard Zet Forward".

The four-year college-preparatory curriculum currently includes 26 Advanced Placement (AP) courses. Special programmes for incoming students include:

  • Thomas R. Farley '44 Seton Scholars, for applicants in the top 5% on the admission exam, who typically take at least ten AP classes
  • Thomas J. Griffin Bridges Program, providing financial, educational and social support for talented students from the Greater Newark area with limited means
  • Walton Family Learning Center, offering limited support services for students with mild learning differences

Student life includes band, an a cappella chorus, drama and a musical, athletics, campus ministry and service learning. Admission requires the school's admission exam.
