St. Lawrence College (SLC) is a college of applied arts and technology in Eastern Ontario, Canada, with campuses in Kingston, Brockville and Cornwall. Classes began at the Kingston campus in 1969, and Brockville became the third campus in 1970. SLC and Fleming College are working towards a planned integration of the two institutions.
SLC offers more than 55 programmes, in person, online or in a blended format. Teaching is in English. Options include:
- Certificates, diplomas and advanced diplomas
- Graduate certificates for students who already hold a diploma or degree
- Bachelor's degrees in nursing, business administration and behavioural psychology
- Apprenticeships and skilled trades
- English as a Second Language (ESL), levels 1 to 4
International students can apply year-round through the college's International Application Service and must prove their English proficiency, for example with IELTS. SLC also has international offices abroad that help applicants. All three campuses have residences with furnished suites.

International students apply year-round through the St. Lawrence College International Application Service portal. Documents:

- Original or certified secondary or post-secondary transcripts, with translations
- Original or certified diploma or degree
- Proof of English proficiency
The non-refundable application fee is CA$100. Eligible applicants receive a Letter of Acceptance; paying the amount stated in it secures the place. Applicants should then apply for a Canadian study permit at least four months before the start of studies. Programme-specific requirements are in the 2027-28 Programs & Admissions Guide.
Minimum scores (certificate, diploma and advanced diploma / graduate certificate, fast-track and degree programmes):
- IELTS Academic: 6.0 with no band below 5.5 / 6.5 with no band below 6.0
- TOEFL iBT (tests from 21 January 2026): 4 / 4.5
- PTE Academic: 55 / 60
- Duolingo: 110 / 120
Two years of full-time study in a country where English is the main language of instruction, or study at one of SLC's English language partner institutions, can also meet the requirement. CELPIP is not accepted.
Each of the three campuses (Kingston, Brockville and Cornwall) has a residence with fully furnished single, double, triple or quad suites, accessible suites and common areas for study and social activities. Residents have access to meal plans, dining services, the library and computer labs. For budgeting, the college estimates accommodation at CA$500-900 per month.
