The Percy Institute is an etiquette training institute in Perth, Western Australia, run by its founder, etiquette coach and author Louise Percy. She opened the institute in 1992, after working at the Australian Embassy in Washington D.C. and in the press office of Australian prime ministers, and in the early 2000s opened branches in Singapore and Shanghai.

The institute teaches social and business etiquette and "elegant lifestyle" skills, including the differences in social and business etiquette between Australia and other countries. It offers:

  • Group and private etiquette Masterclasses, held in person in small groups in Perth
  • Tailored programmes for companies and small businesses
  • Private consultations for individuals and families
  • Online programmes and consultations on request
