The Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft (FHDW) is a university of applied sciences in Germany with campuses in Paderborn (Fürstenallee), Bielefeld, Bergisch Gladbach, Mettmann and Marburg. It specialises in business and computing, and according to the university it has 140 lecturers and 2,059 students. Teaching is in small groups and links theory with practice: students either alternate study with recurring work placements (dual study) or study alongside a job (part-time).
- Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration (Betriebswirtschaft), Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik) and Applied Computer Science (Angewandte Informatik), dual or part-time
- Specialisations within each programme, for example Cyber Security in Business Informatics
- Part-time master's degrees that do not require a career break
- MBA for graduates with one to two years of work experience
The FHDW has built a worldwide network of partner universities abroad, and students can spend time abroad during their studies. Applicants apply online and are then invited to an individual admission interview. The Paderborn campus holds campus days for prospective students, and online information sessions are also offered.

Admission
Master's and MBA admission at the FHDW:
- Master's: a bachelor's degree in business administration or computer science
- MBA: a bachelor's degree and one to two years of work experience
- Online application with CV and transcript of records or bachelor's certificate (a current grade overview if the degree is not yet finished)
- Individual admission interview; MBA applicants without the required proof of English can take a free English test at the FHDW
The place is confirmed with a signed study contract.
