Courses in Global Law

Global law is usually offered at graduate schools and universities at the Masters Degree level. Masters in Global law is a two year program that provides an extensive training in global law. The study allows students to go on to pursue doctorate studies in global law. The course requires intensive work at an advanced level in the field of global law. Students are sometimes familiarized with an additional discipline like anthropology, sociology, international economics, international history or international relations. The course comprises class room instruction, seminars, as well as, an original dissertation. Masters in Global Law aims to provide students with the tools and approaches required for a rigorous analysis of contemporary global international problems.

Career Opportunities

There are various career options in global law (international, comparative/foreign, migration, foreign relations and national security law), just as there are in domestic law. Graduates of Global Law follow many paths.
