The Blended Master in Customer Experience Excellence program at IED Madrid is a study program that enables students with specialized learning for careers in customer service management. Students in this program learn how to master the necessary innovation, communication, and technological skills to create and lead research and marketing strategies for companies. This program is specifically for students with an interest in identifying the channels that connect a company to its consumers and how to innovate and foster those connections for better experiences.
