Tallinna Tehnikakõrgkool (TTK) is a higher education institution in Tallinn, Estonia. According to its website, it focuses on innovative, interdisciplinary education and applied research, mainly in engineering, construction, architecture, logistics and the service economy. Students learn in the college's laboratories as well as in lectures.
Teaching is organised in six institutes:
- Institute of Architecture
- Institute of Construction
- Institute of Engineering (Tehnika-instituut)
- Institute of Logistics
- Institute of Technology and Circular Economy
- Institute of Service Economy, in Mõdriku, Lääne-Viru County
Applications are submitted through the SAIS online admission system, and the admission process includes a TTK mathematics test and group interviews. The college also offers continuing education courses and, since February 2026, a business development programme for companies in Lääne-Viru County that have been trading for up to two years. It carries out applied research for companies and public bodies, such as a drone study for the Estonian Transport Administration, and states that it has helped businesses in more than 100 cooperation projects in a year. Its 2026-2030 development plan aims at closer links with the world of work, more flexible study and greater research capacity.
