Does UCL accept transfer students from Foundation Year?

UCL generally does not accept transfers from a Foundation Year into Year 2 of a degree, as their Foundation Years (like Engineering) are designed for those who wouldn't meet direct entry, and direct entry applicants aren't allowed to switch to the Foundation Year. While transfers to Year 2 from other universities can happen for some programs if you meet direct entry requirements and have similar first-year content, it's rare and specific to certain courses; most applicants from foundation courses usually need to reapply for direct Year 1 entry.
