Augustana College is a private liberal arts college in Rock Island, Illinois (United States), founded in 1860 by Swedish settlers. Its 115-acre wooded campus lies along the Mississippi River, in the Quad-Cities area, about 165 miles west of Chicago. The college has about 2,500 students, a student-faculty ratio of 12:1 and an average class size of 18.

Augustana offers 100 majors and areas of study at undergraduate level, and a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. Through the Augie Choice programme, every student receives US$2,000 for an internship, research or study abroad.

Students from more than 40 countries study at Augustana. International applicants can start in the fall term (late August) or the spring semester (late January), and the college offers merit-based scholarships and need-based financial aid to international students. On campus, the Office of International Student Life advises international students. Augustana is a residential college: most students, including transfer students, live on campus for their first three years.
