Brunel University of London is a campus university in London that has been running for six decades and describes itself as one of the UK's technical universities. Its students come from more than 140 countries, and the university states that it is ranked the 2nd most international university in the UK in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2027 and 37th in the United Kingdom in the QS World University Rankings 2027.
Brunel offers foundation, undergraduate, postgraduate and research degrees, as well as online degrees and short courses. Subjects range from engineering, computer science, business and law to medicine, nursing, health sciences, design, media, psychology and social sciences. According to the university, 95% of its undergraduate degrees offer a work placement.
For international students there are pathway programmes (foundation and pre-master's), pre-sessional English courses, scholarships and bursaries for EU and international students, and support with visas and immigration. All halls of residence are on campus, and the university guarantees accommodation for international students for the duration of their studies (conditions apply).

Foundation and undergraduate degrees (BSc, BA, BEng with honours), typically three years full-time or four years with a placement year. Subject areas include:

All courses have an English language requirement, listed on each course page. In general, courses ask for IELTS 6.0/TOEFL 77 to IELTS 7.0/TOEFL 98 or equivalent; some courses require more, with minimum sub-scores. International students must show evidence of English even if English is the native language of their home country. Other accepted tests include LanguageCert, Pearson PTE Academic and the university's own Brunel English Language Test (BrunELT). Applicants below the required level can take a pre-sessional English course.
All Brunel halls of residence are on campus, no more than 10 minutes from teaching, social and sporting facilities. The university guarantees accommodation for international students for the duration of their studies (conditions apply).
