City College of San Francisco is a two-year community college, based in San Francisco, California. The school has been known to offer very high quality study abroad opportunities since 1985. A great number of students, faculty and staff, as well as students from other institutions and citizens of the Bay Area have participated in the school’s programs. All courses made available transfer to the California State System and most also transfer to the University of California system.

The semester in Madrid program is offered during the Spring Semester, offering transferable credit. Students have the chance to study Spanish Language and Conversation at La Universidad Complutense de Madrid. They are also able to take classes in Art History and the Culture and Civilization of Spain, which are conducted in both a classroom setting and on-site at museums, monuments and historical sites within and outside the city of Madrid.
