The American Institute for Foreign Study is an organization, created in 1964, especially proud of its expertise in organizing study abroad programs. The options offered include summer, semester, and full academic year study abroad programs, organized in 24 international campus locations. The countries include Australia, Austria, Botswana, Brazil, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Egypt, England, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Peru, Russia, South Africa, Spain and Turkey. All courses are college-level and boast the diversity of the subject areas available (i.e. French, Cinema, Islamic Studies, business, and engineering). About 5000 students each year take advantage of the services the institution offers, while throughout the period of its operation, AIFS have helped over 1 million participants to achieve their goal for international education.
