The College of Staten Island (CSI) is a four-year senior college of the City University of New York (CUNY) and the only public college on Staten Island, New York. It is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. Its main Willowbrook Campus, completed in 1994, covers 204 acres, the largest college site in New York City, and a ferry connects Staten Island with downtown Manhattan; the college also has a location in St. George.
CSI offers associate's and bachelor's degrees in the liberal arts and sciences, master's programmes in 21 fields, advanced certificates and doctoral programmes in nursing and physical therapy. It is organised into the following units:
- School of Business
- School of Education
- School of Health Sciences
- Division of Humanities and Social Sciences
- Division of Science and Technology
- Macaulay Honors College and other honours programmes
International students are supported by International Admissions and International Student Services, and the Center for Global Engagement offers international educational opportunities. Students who are admissible but lack proof of English can receive conditional admission through the English Language Institute. The Dolphin Cove residence halls house more than 400 students on campus.

Selective options include the Macaulay Honors College, the Verrazano School and the Teacher Education Honors Academy. Classes are scheduled during the day, in the evening and at weekends.
Graduate programmes include advanced certificates, master's and doctoral degrees:
- Doctorates: Community-Based Leadership (EdD), Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Master's: Accounting, Biology, Business Management, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering

- Advanced certificates, e.g. autism spectrum disorders and business analytics
CSI also takes part in CUNY Graduate Center doctoral programmes in biology, chemistry, computer science and physics.
International first-year students apply through the CUNY Application (the same application used by all CUNY freshman applicants) and pay a non-refundable $65 fee. They email copies of their secondary school transcripts and diploma or external exam certificates to the international admissions office; documents not in English need a certified English translation. Transfer applicants pay a $70 fee and also submit official post-secondary records.
First-year applicants educated in a non-English-speaking environment must submit one of these minimum scores:
- TOEFL iBT: 45
- IELTS Academic: 5.0 overall
- PTE Academic: 39
- Duolingo English Test: 75
Applicants who are otherwise admissible but lack proof of English can apply for conditional admission through the English Language Institute and meet the requirement later with the institutional TOEFL taken at the college.
International students pay the out-of-state tuition and fees. The CSI Scholarship Program rewards academic excellence and college or community service, with scholarships from the college, the CSI Foundation, departments and associations, and endowed memorial scholarships.
The Dolphin Cove residence halls on campus house more than 400 students in private bedrooms with shared living space, study rooms and laundry facilities. Apartments have four bedrooms and two bathrooms, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, or two bedrooms and one bathroom.
