Colorado School of English (CSE) is an English language school in downtown Denver, Colorado, United States, founded in 1992 and located at 1888 N Sherman St. It is nationally accredited by ACCET (Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training), which is recognised by the U.S. Department of Education, and is SEVP-certified to issue Form I-20s to international students applying for an F1 student visa. All teachers hold English-teaching certifications such as CELTA, TESOL or DELTA.

Students choose a programme length between one month and three years, and most pay tuition in four-week instalments. Applications are made online, and a placement test sets each student's starting level; all levels are accepted. According to the school, many F1 students later transfer to colleges and universities in the United States. CSE has no student housing of its own but offers a limited number of host families and advice on homestays, dormitories and apartments near the school.

Housing

CSE has no student housing of its own but has a limited number of host families; a homestay coordinator handles placements. Students can also use homestay agencies such as Student Room Stay or Homestay Community, rent a room or apartment within walking distance of the school (about US$750 to US$2,000 per month, according to the school), or stay in nearby student dormitories (usually from US$950 per month, furnished). For short stays, the school suggests the 11th Avenue Hostel or the Warwick Hotel.
