Regis University is a private, co-educational Roman Catholic, Jesuit university, which was established by the Society of Jesus in 1877. The institution is based in Denver, Colorado, and is one of 28 member institutions of the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities. Regis University is divided into three colleges: Regis College, The Rueckert-Hartman College for Health Professions, and the College for Professional Studies. Except for providing quality undergraduate and postgraduate education, the college strives to promote strong commitment to community service. Regis University is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission and is a member of the North Central Association.
