Colorado State University Pueblo (CSU Pueblo) is a public university in Pueblo, a city of over 100,000 people in southern Colorado, a short drive from Denver and Colorado Springs. It belongs to the Colorado State University System, together with its sister school Colorado State University in Fort Collins, and its campus covers more than 275 acres. It holds HLC accreditation.
Teaching is organised in several colleges and schools:
- College of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM)
- College of Health and Education
- College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences
- Hasan School of Business
- Schools of Engineering, Nursing and Education
- CSU Pueblo Online and Extended Studies
The university offers undergraduate, graduate and fully online degrees, as well as 3+2 programmes that lead to a bachelor's and a master's degree in as little as five years. International students apply through the regular application and send official transcripts, financial documents and passport information for international admission review. Students under 21 who live more than 50 miles away must generally live on campus for their first two years.

International students pay non-resident rates. Estimated annual cost of attendance for full-time non-resident undergraduates in the 2026-27 academic year (tuition, fees, housing, meals, books, transportation and personal expenses):
- Living on campus: US$40,994
- Living off campus: US$45,036
For non-resident graduate students the estimate is US$35,732 on campus and US$39,774 off campus. Residents of China, Italy, Mexico, Slovenia and South Korea qualify for RISE rates.
CSU Pueblo has on-campus residence halls, including Crestone Hall and Culebra Hall, with double-room suites. Newly admitted first-year, transfer and returning students under 21 whose home address is more than 50 miles from the university, and who finished secondary school within the previous two years, must live on campus for at least two years. Non-resident students living on campus may be eligible for a Living Learning Incentive of US$1,000 a year for up to four years.
