Cornerstone Christian Academy was founded in 1985. CAA provides educational services form pre-school to 8th graders. The syllabus entails a phonetic approach to reading & writing, foreign language classes, instructions in creative arts, Christian centered approach to science, computer based instruction & practice and after school programs & clubs. CAA partners with Carroll County’s Mountain View Nursing Home for the personal enrichment of students and the development of the community. CAA offers a range of programs as an outdoor winter program, mentor program and the summer reading program. CAA has a unique S.T.A.R.S (Student Teacher Action Reaching Success) program which engages students with the teachers to harness their study skills for example, using a daily planner.
