Cracow School of Art and Fashion Design

Krakowskie Szkoły Artystyczne (KSA), listed here as the Cracow School of Art and Fashion Design, is a group of art, design and performing-arts schools in Kraków, Poland, operating since 1989. It brings together eight schools:

• Szkoła Kreatywnej Fotografii (SKF), creative photography
• Szkoła Artystycznego Projektowania Ubioru (SAPU), fashion design
• Szkoła Wnętrz i Przestrzeni (SWP), interior and spatial design
• Szkoła Konstrukcji Ubioru (SKU), garment construction
• Szkoła Visual Merchandisingu (SVM), visual merchandising
• Szkoła Aktorska (SPOT), acting
• Szkoła Reżyserii Teatralnej i Filmowej, theatre and film directing
• Szkoła Choreografii, choreography

The website has a "Study in English" section for Fashion Design. KSA also runs certified short courses and workshops, for example in interior design, visual merchandising, fashion illustration, fashion styling, and fashion and portrait photography. Some are taught in Polish: the online CLO3D and Blender fashion design course, for instance, has 66 lesson hours over three months, live on Zoom, for up to 14 participants, and ends with a certificate.

Student work is presented at events such as Cracow Fashion Week, the No Waste Fashion Show, diploma performances of the acting school and diploma exhibitions of the photography school. The school also holds open days.
