Eastern Arizona College started its operations in 1888 at Graham County, Arizona as a local community college. EAC has other campuses in Gila County and Greenlee County. EAC is governed by the state of Arizona. EAC has nine academic units: Business, Communicative Arts, Fine Arts, Health, Industrial Technology, Liberal Studies, Mathematics, Science and Social Science. EAC offers five different locations for accommodations within the campus which includes the houses: Mark Allen, Wesley Taylor, Nellie Lee and two Residence Towers. EAC is a member of the Higher Learning Commission’s Academic Quality Improvement Program.
