Escuela de Hostelería Toledo

The Escuela de Hostelería Toledo is a hospitality and culinary school in Toledo, located at Avenida de Castilla-La Mancha 30. It has been training hospitality professionals since 1997 and was set up as an initiative of hospitality and training experts. According to the school, more than 2,500 students have studied there and 75% find a job within six months.

Its main programmes are vocational training cycles (FP) of grado medio and grado superior, recognised by the Ministry of Education and taught in person or online:

• Grado Medio in Cooking and Gastronomy (Cocina y Gastronomía)
• Grado Medio in Restaurant Services (Servicios en Restauración)
• Grado Medio in Bakery, Pastry and Confectionery
• Grado Superior in Restaurant Services Management (Dirección de Servicios en Restauración)
• Grado Superior in Kitchen Management (Dirección de Cocina)

The grado medio courses in Cooking and in Restaurant Services comprise 2,000 hours each. The school also offers job-oriented training (formación para el empleo) and its own qualifications (títulos propios). It takes part in Erasmus+, so students can complete part of their studies abroad, and runs the EHT LAB for developing projects.
