The Escuela Oficial de Idiomas de Segovia is the official language school of Segovia, in Castilla y León, where admission and enrolment follow the regional rules for official language schools. In Segovia city it teaches German, French, Italian, English, Chinese and Spanish for foreigners; according to the school, it is one of only three EOIs in the region that teach Chinese. It also has sections in Cuéllar, El Espinar and Cantalejo, which offer English, and provides distance English through That's English!.

For the 2026-27 academic year the Spanish department offers Basic A1 and A2, Intermediate B1 and B2 and Advanced C1. Spanish classes are in the afternoon, except B1, which also has a morning group. Morning classes take place at the Conservatorio Profesional de Música de Segovia, not at the main building. Groups only open if enough students enrol and teachers are available.

Applications for 2026-27 were taken from 1 to 20 May. Students must be 16 by 31 December of the year they start, or 14 for a language other than the first foreign language studied at secondary school. New students who think their level is above A1 can request a placement test (prueba de clasificación) when they apply.
