Green Mountain Institute is an international bodywork and massage therapy training institution that trains people on the required techniques and procedures in performing bodyworks and massage via workshops and private individual sessions. Their goal is to efficiently link the mind, body & spirit through the act of touching. The school has 2 locations –Vermont (USA) and Portugal. It was created in 1993 by a couple, who have since trained workers and teachers who are fully dedicated to their work. A major advantage that the institution points out is that they ensure 2 trainers to one group of students. Each class is limited to a maximum of 12 students thereby ensuring efficacy and close contact between students and trainers. Courses are usually taught for a total of about 500 hours or more with workshops provided, too.
