Greer High School is a high school in Greer, South Carolina, in the United States, located at 3000 East Gap Creek Road. It belongs to the Greenville County Schools district and teaches grades 9 to 12. Its mission statement is to prepare graduates who are ready for college and a career.

The school has an International Baccalaureate (IB) coordinator. Students enrolled in end-of-course classes such as English II, Biology I, Algebra I and U.S. History sit the EOCEP tests at the end of the semester, and the school also prepares students for the PSAT/NMSQT, held on 7 October 2026. Afternoon tutoring, called The Brain Gym, is offered twice a week in the media center for English, mathematics, science and social studies.

Beyond the classroom, the school has an athletics program, a band and a guidance department, and its PTSA runs the Reflections arts contest in dance choreography, literature, music composition, photography and visual arts.
