Laramie County Community College (LCCC) is a community college in Wyoming, United States, established in 1968. Its main campus in Cheyenne covers 271 acres with 22 buildings, and it also has a campus in Laramie and an outreach centre in Pine Bluffs. The college is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and has announced that its name is changing to Wyoming State College. In 2024-25 it reported an unduplicated headcount enrolment of 6,201 students.
LCCC offers academic, career/technical and community education programmes, grouped into eight pathways. Qualifications include associate degrees (Associate of Arts, Associate of Science, Associate of Applied Science and Associate Degree in Nursing), Bachelor of Applied Science degrees, credit diplomas and certificates. Programme areas include:
- Agriculture and equine studies
- Business and accounting
- Health sciences, including nursing, dental hygiene, radiography and sonography
- Information technology and cybersecurity
- Science, technology, engineering and maths
- Trades such as diesel technology, welding and wind energy
International students apply through a separate F-1 student application process. Applications should be submitted at least two weeks before the start date; terms start in January, May and August. The Cheyenne campus has three residence halls with room for more than 600 students.

Tuition and mandatory fees for the 2026-27 academic year (fall 2026, spring 2027, summer 2027) are charged per credit hour, with no tuition cap:
- In-state residents and The Edge residents (Colorado, Nebraska, South Dakota): US$160.75 per credit hour
- Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) residents: US$216.75 per credit hour
- Out-of-state residents: US$384.75 per credit hour
For 12 credit hours this comes to US$1,929.00, US$2,601.00 and US$4,617.00 respectively. Course and lab fees are extra.
