Monlau is a vocational training (FP) and secondary school in Barcelona, founded in 1982 in the La Sagrera district. The Monlau group has four centres in Barcelona with more than 12,000 m², over 2,500 students a year and more than 180 staff, and teaches ESO, Bachillerato, FP cycles, FP master's (specialisation) courses and occupational training. Monlau FP teaches at Monlau Sagrera (Calle Monlau 6) and Monlau La Maquinista (Calle Caracas 35), where the automotive department moved in 1995. The school states that it works with more than 600 companies.

Its Grado Superior cycles cover three areas:

• Computing: Desarrollo de Aplicaciones Web (DAW), Desarrollo de Aplicaciones Multiplataforma (DAM), Administración de Sistemas Informáticos en Red (ASIX)
• Business and marketing: Marketing y Publicidad, Administración y Finanzas
• Automotive: Automoción, on campus or blended

The automotive Grado Superior can be taken entirely in English (CLIL), and English is used regularly in class in the computing and business cycles. Monlau takes part in Erasmus+, with stays and work placements in other countries. Graduates can continue with FP master's (specialisation) courses, such as Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, Cybersecurity, Video Game Development and Virtual Reality, or hybrid and electric vehicle systems.
