Elaine P. Nunez Community College is a public community college in Chalmette, Louisiana, in St. Bernard Parish near New Orleans. It was established by the Louisiana State Legislature in 1992 by merging a technical institute and a parish community college, and since 1999 it has been part of the Louisiana Community and Technical College System. Nunez is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award associate degrees, and it also offers certificates and diplomas. Most classes take place on the main campus at 3710 Paris Road.

Nunez is an open-admission college: anyone over 16 can be fully admitted, regardless of prior academic preparation, after submitting an application, proof of selective service registration where required by Louisiana law, and proof of the immunisations required by the state.
