Prince William Sound College (PWSC) is a college in Valdez, Alaska, in the United States. It is a community campus of the University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA) and is included in UAA's accreditation by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU). Besides the main campus in Valdez, it has extension sites in Cordova and in Glennallen, in the Copper River Basin. The college has fewer than 1,000 students, including out-of-state and international students and distance learners.

Courses are offered on campus and online. PWSC does not charge out-of-state tuition, and loans, grants and scholarships are available. Full-time and part-time students can live in furnished apartment-style student housing, including family units. Fees
2026-27 academic year: tuition for lower-division undergraduate courses (course numbers 050-299) is US$251 per credit, the same for Alaska residents and out-of-state students. Additional fees per credit: US$14 student consolidated fee and US$25 infrastructure fee. There is no admission fee. Lab and course fees vary. The college may change tuition and fees at any time.
Housing
PWSC has on-campus, apartment-style student housing in three apartment buildings, open to full-time and part-time students. Students are placed in studio, one-, two- or three-bedroom units, and family units are available for couples and parents with children. Each apartment has a kitchen with major appliances, furniture, a bathroom and Wi-Fi; each complex has laundry facilities and a student lounge. For the 2026-27 school year, private bedrooms are not guaranteed.
