Siam University is a private university in Bangkok, Thailand. It was founded in 1965 by Dr. Narong Mongkhonvanit as a private engineering school, became Siam Technical College, a private higher education institution authorised to grant degrees, in 1973, and later took the name Siam University. It offers undergraduate education across 13 faculties and 2 colleges, with more than 30 academic programmes, as well as master's and doctoral degrees. Many programmes are taught in Thai, among them medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, nursing, law and engineering.

The university's international programme was established in 1995. Programmes presented by its Department of International Affairs include:

• Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business (International College, 4 years, taught in English)
• BBA track in Hospitality & Tourism Management
• Bachelor of Information Technology and Bachelor of Civil Engineering
• Master of Arts in Peace and Diplomacy (MAPD)
• International MBA (IMBA) and Master in Management (Strategic Management)
• PhD programmes in IT, management and education

According to the university, its faculty and student body represent over 40 countries, and it is affiliated with more than 90 universities and institutions on four continents. The Department of International Affairs provides support for international students and visa information. Scholarships for international programmes are decided case by case through the admissions office.

Thai-language programmes include medicine, dentistry and pharmacy (6 years) and nursing, public health, business administration, communication arts, liberal arts, engineering, political science, information technology and law (4 years).

• Master in Management (Strategic Management), MMSM: a new programme covering strategy, analytics, digital transformation and responsible leadership
• Master of Arts in Peace and Diplomacy (MAPD)
• International MBA (IMBA) for working professionals, with eight major focus areas such as finance, marketing and management
• PhD in IT, PhD in Management and PhD in Education

Siam University lists six scholarship programmes, mainly for Thai school leavers: full tuition exemption for outstanding students with a GPA of at least 3.50 who choose Siam as first choice (within a yearly quota), the Dr. Narong Mongkolvanich Scholarship, the Siam White Elephant Scholarship for exceptional academic, sports or arts abilities, and partial first-year support for children of alumni, siblings of students and graduates of affiliated institutions. Scholarships for international programmes are handled case by case through the admissions officer.
