Sprachenatelier Berlin is a language school at Frankfurter Allee 40 in the Friedrichshain district of Berlin, housed in an Art Nouveau building. It has taught German as a foreign language for more than 20 years and, according to the school, is recognised by the Berlin Senate. It teaches German at all levels from A1 to C2, following the CEFR, as well as more than 50 other languages. German courses start every Monday, on site or online, and a placement test is free.

- Exam preparation; the school is a telc exam centre and also prepares for TestDaF and DSH
Students come from more than 90 countries, and a cultural programme includes excursions in and around Berlin, concerts, exhibitions and workshops. The school helps registered students aged 18 or over to find accommodation in a shared flat, a hotel or hostel near the school, or with a host family.

Housing
Sprachenatelier helps students registered on its German courses to find accommodation; this help is only available to students aged 18 or over, and early registration improves the chances of success. Options include:
- A room in a shared flat (WG), approximately €400 to €800 per month in Berlin, according to the school
- Hotels and hostels close to the school, some recommended by the school
- A host family
