St. Jerome's University is a public Roman Catholic university on the University of Waterloo campus in Waterloo, Ontario (Canada). Founded in 1865, it became a university in 1959 and federated with the University of Waterloo a year later. It welcomes students of all faiths or none.

Students co-register at St. Jerome's and the University of Waterloo: they study Honours Arts or Honours Arts and Business, can take classes at either institution and graduate with a University of Waterloo degree. More than half of first- and second-year courses at St. Jerome's have fewer than 30 students. All Arts majors are eligible for Waterloo's co-op programme, with a network of more than 7,500 co-op employers.

Admission requirements, the application process and document deadlines are the same as at the University of Waterloo, with additional requirements (study permit, English) for international students; tuition is also the same. St. Jerome's has its own residence on the Waterloo campus with an included meal plan, and offers its own entrance scholarships and bursaries.
