St Mary's University, Twickenham, which also presents itself as St Mary's University, London, is a campus university in London with a Catholic mission. According to the university, it was rated Gold for student experience in the 2023 Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF).

International students can take a full degree, spend a semester at St Mary's or join a summer school, and the university offers English language support and visa information. Some courses start in January as well as September. The campus has study spaces open 24/7, sports and wellbeing facilities and on-campus accommodation, with halls for international undergraduates and postgraduates; eligible new first-year undergraduates who meet the application deadline are guaranteed a room. Undergraduate and foundation programmes generally require IELTS 6.0 (no section below 5.5) and postgraduate degrees IELTS 6.5 (no section below 6.0).

Undergraduate applicants apply through UCAS or directly to the university, including through the international applicant portal. English test results should be included with the application (see language requirements), and some European and international school-leaving qualifications are accepted, as listed on the university's country pages. Offers are accepted through UCAS (as firm choice) or the applicant portal, after which students are invited to apply for accommodation.

Applicants whose first language is not English must show proof of English when they apply. Tests must be no more than two years old by 1 September of the start year.

St Mary's has on-campus accommodation for UK, international and postgraduate students and for School of Medicine students. Rent is all-inclusive (utilities, WiFi, basic contents insurance and support services), catered halls include meal plans, and there is 24/7 security with resident mentors. New, eligible first-year undergraduates who accept St Mary's as their firm choice and apply by the June deadline are guaranteed a place. The Accommodation Service also helps students find private housing nearby.
