Taller de Nuevos Pintores - TNP, Escuela de Artes Plásticas

Taller de Nuevos Pintores (TNP) is a drawing and painting school in Madrid, founded in 1977 in the Herrera Oria neighbourhood and located at Calle Santiago de Compostela 66, in the Fuencarral-El Pardo district. It teaches students of all ages and levels, with personal attention to each student's interests, in a studio with good lighting and air conditioning.

The school offers a drawing course and a painting course, covering several techniques:

• Graphite and charcoal drawing
• Watercolour
• Oil painting
• Engraving (printmaking)
• Mixed techniques

Students attend for one and a half, two or three hours a week, in groups that meet from Monday to Saturday. Groups are organised by timetable for a particular profile but are not restricted by age; the 90-minute classes are reserved for the youngest children. The school is close to the Herrera Oria (line 9) and Avenida de la Ilustración (line 7) metro stations.
