The Universidad Pública de Navarra (UPNA), in Basque Nafarroako Unibertsitate Publikoa, is the public university of Navarre in northern Spain. Its main campus is Arrosadia in Pamplona-Iruña, with a health sciences site on Avenida de Barañáin in Pamplona and a second campus in Tudela. According to the university, it has 10,708 students, 1,237 researchers and 49,459 graduates.

UPNA offers 27 bachelor's degrees and 8 double degrees, 35 master's degrees and 6 double master's degrees, as well as doctoral programmes and lifelong learning courses. Bachelor's degrees are grouped into these areas:
