Université Savoie Mont Blanc (USMB) is a French university in the Savoie region, located between Lyon and Grenoble near the Swiss and Italian borders. Known since 1979 as the University of Savoie, it took its current name in 2015. Its presidency is in Chambéry and teaching takes place on three campuses: Annecy, Le Bourget-du-Lac and Jacob-Bellecombette (Chambéry). The university has nearly 15,000 students and more than 300 doctoral candidates, 18 research laboratories, and is a founding member of the European UNITA alliance of 12 universities.
USMB offers about 200 degree programmes at bachelor's, master's and doctoral level, including more than 60 master's programmes. Its main teaching units are:
- School of Law (Jacob-Bellecombette campus)
- IAE Savoie Mont Blanc, the business school (Annecy and Jacob-Bellecombette)
- Department of Literature, Languages and Humanities, including a master's in French as a Foreign Language (FLE)
- Faculty of Science and Mountain Studies (Le Bourget-du-Lac campus)
The university has separate registration procedures for EU/EEA students and for students from outside the EU, and applications are only accepted within the published timetables and procedures.

USMB offers more than 60 master's programmes. Examples by teaching unit:

- IAE business school: European Master of Business Studies, International Hotel Management, Sustainable Tourism Management
- Languages and humanities: Crisis Analysis and Humanitarian Action, French as a Foreign Language (FLE), Neuropsychology
- Science and mountain studies: Mountain Geography and Planning, Green Chemistry and Eco-innovations, Telecommunications and Computer Networks
Some programmes are also available as work-study or continuing education.
