The University of Health Sciences Antigua (UHSA) is a medical school in Dow’s Hill, Piccadilly, on the Caribbean island of Antigua. It was founded in 1982, and its graduates practise as physicians in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, the Caribbean and other countries.

The curriculum emphasises foundational sciences and early clinical exposure. Students practise in a Clinical Skills and Simulation Center and a Standardized Patient Program, and they run a free clinic in English Harbour together with Georgetown University’s H.O.Y.A. clinic.
Applicants complete an online application and submit the documents listed in the entry requirements; the admissions committee may then hold an online interview.
