Yosoki is a wellbeing centre on Somera street (Goienkale) in Bilbao that offers sessions and courses in yoga, meditation, Caycedian sophrology, Reiki and massage. Classes are led by Iñaki Iriondo, a yoga and meditation teacher who, according to the centre, has 44 years of practice and 40 years of experience teaching these techniques.

• Integral Sivananda yoga sessions with breathing techniques, postures (asanas) and relaxation
• Caycedo sophrology sessions with Dynamic Relaxation techniques for managing stress
• Meditation for mental calm, body relaxation and self-knowledge
• Reiki sessions and Usui Japanese Reiki courses at three levels
• Massage, including deep-tissue massage and shiatsu

The Level 1 Usui Japanese Reiki course is taught in full in a single session, usually on a Saturday starting around 10:00. It covers the Reiki attunement, the history of Reiki and Mikao Usui, and treating oneself and others; participants receive a diploma and manual from the Alianza Reiki. For the 2025-26 season, Level 1 dates are scheduled once a month from October to June. After at least two months of practice, students can apply for the Level 2 course.
