Accademia Leonardo is a school of Italian for foreigners in Salerno, southern Italy, close to the Amalfi Coast. It occupies a historic building in the city centre, at Piazza Umberto I, overlooking the Gulf of Salerno on one side and the Teatro Verdi on the other. The school states that it is recognised by the education department of the Province of Salerno and by the Swedish student finance agency CSN, and it is a CILS examination centre.

Standard courses are organised in six levels, from beginner to advanced, with four 55-minute lessons a day from Monday to Friday. The school has a professional kitchen where cooking classes are combined with Italian lessons. Students can use a multimedia room with free Wi-Fi, a library and a language laboratory. Accommodation is offered with families, in shared or independent flats, in B&Bs and in a youth hostel, in the historic centre or a short bus ride away. The school also arranges excursions and outdoor activities and a pick-up service from Naples and Rome airports.

Housing
The school offers short- and long-term accommodation, including stays of more than four weeks:

Rooms are usually available from the day before the course starts until the morning after it ends. Accommodation is in the historic centre, within walking distance of the school, or in other parts of the city centre a few minutes away by bus. Students in a student flat pay a €100 deposit or give a credit card guarantee.
