Akademie Germanica

Akademie Germanica is a German language school in Frankfurt am Main, located at Am Weingarten 1. It offers German courses from level A1 to B2 as well as individual German lessons. Depending on the course, classes are held on site in Frankfurt or online via Microsoft Teams. The school states that its teachers are native speakers and that it keeps classes small.

• Group courses at levels A1, A2, B1 and B2, on weekday mornings, middays or evenings and on Saturdays, lasting three to four months
• Intensive German course for students who need a language course visa, levels A1 to C1
• Individual German lessons

The intensive course runs from Monday to Friday with 20 teaching units of 45 minutes per week and usually starts on the first Monday of the month. For a visa it must be booked for at least four months, and bookings of up to twelve months are possible. Once registration is complete and the course fee has been paid in full, the school sends the course documents needed for the visa application; the visa decision rests solely with the German embassy or consulate. Students who already know some German can take an optional placement test. Enquiries and registration are handled by email or WhatsApp.
