Arkansas Northeastern College

Arkansas Northeastern College (ANC) is a comprehensive two-year college with its main campus in Blytheville, Arkansas, and further locations in Osceola and Leachville. It was created on 1 July 2003 by the merger of Mississippi County Community College, which held its first classes in 1975, and Cotton Boll Technical Institute, which opened in 1966. ANC is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission, and its campus is non-residential.

The college offers degrees and certificates, including Associate of Applied Science programmes, as well as non-credit and adult education programmes. Through the Early College Program, qualified high school students can earn college credit before they graduate. The Arkansas Course Transfer System (ACTS) shows how ANC courses transfer to public colleges and universities in Arkansas.

Students can start in the fall, spring or summer term. Admission to the college and acceptance into a particular programme of study are separate processes. Tuition is charged per credit hour, with lower rates for residents of Mississippi County and nearby counties and a separate rate for out-of-state and international students. Financial aid ranges from grants to privately funded scholarships.
