Description

Baltimore City Community College is a two-year degree-granting college with two main campuses and satellite locations throughout the city of Baltimore. Established in 1947, the school serves the local community by currently offering a great variety of degree and certificate programs combined with affordable rates and extensive outreach opportunities. The programs are structured with the purpose of enabling students to easily find a job or continue their education in a four-year college. The options offered by the college include programs like General Educational Development, English as a Second Language, and Adult Basic Education (providing literacy skills). The college has put great emphasis on improving the economic prospects of Baltimore’s citizens by enhancing their computer literacy and utilizing up to date technologies on their campuses.
