Bloomington High School South is a high school formed in 1965 in Bloomington, Indiana. The high school has organized its educational activities into three 12-week trimesters and class periods lasting 65 minutes. Except for those, students have especially assigned classes to get assistance with subjects, which they are finding difficult. For graduation, an attendance of at least 11 semesters is required as well as at least 42 credits. If students maintain at least 3.0 GPA, they can also earn Indiana's Academic Honors Diploma. Moreover, the school has been providing a wide range of extracurricular opportunities for students, some of which are Art Club, Environmental Club, Science Olympiad, Academic Decathlon, Academic Super Bowl, and others. Sports available include golf, cross country. Tennis, swimming, diving, volleyball, football, softball, among others.
