Cleveland University-Kansas City (CUKC), formerly Cleveland Chiropractic College, is an independent, nonprofit university for the health professions on a 34-acre campus in Overland Park, Kansas, part of the Kansas City metropolitan area. It began as a chiropractic college in 1922 and completed its transition to university status in 2015; its president, Dr. Carl S. Cleveland III, is the grandson of the founders. CUKC is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC), and its specialised programmes are also accredited by the Council on Chiropractic Education (CCE), CASCE and JRCERT.
Teaching is organised in a College of Chiropractic and a College of Health Sciences:

- Bachelor of Science in Human Biology (online) and in Exercise Science (mostly online)

The university follows a trimester schedule with courses all year round, and the student-to-faculty ratio is 9 to 1. Students rent housing in the Kansas City area, many of them in apartments near the campus, and the Office of Admissions helps new students find a place to live. Online courses are not available to students located in California.

- Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science: mostly online with some in-person labs in Overland Park, 96 credit hours; focus areas in personal training and health coaching, performance enhancement and corrective exercise

- Associate of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology
Both bachelor's degrees can be completed in as little as two years.

Students who continue from a bachelor's degree into the corresponding master's can earn both in about three years. Doctor of Chiropractic students can start animal chiropractic training before graduating through a partnership with Options for Animals.
Housing
Students live in rented accommodation in the Kansas City area; many apartments are in the immediate neighbourhood of the campus, and students often share to reduce rent. The university's housing portal and housing guide help students find apartments, roommates and furnishings, and the Office of Admissions assists new students with housing ((913) 234-0744). According to the school's guide, about 65% of students live in Overland Park.
