LIU Post

LIU Post is the Brookville campus of Long Island University (LIU), founded in 1926, on Long Island's Gold Coast in New York State. The campus lies on the estate of Marjorie Merriweather Post and is home to the College of Veterinary Medicine, a School of Professional Accountancy, an AACSB-accredited School of Business and the Tilles Center for the Performing Arts. LIU is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, enrols over 15,000 students across its locations and reports a student-faculty ratio of 11:1.

LIU offers over 150 degree programmes. At Post, schools and colleges include:

Studies range from bachelor's degrees to master's degrees, certificates and doctorates, including an MA in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), and there is an Honors College. LIU Global offers a bachelor's degree spanning eight countries on five continents. Students can live on campus, and the university fields 39 NCAA Division I teams.
