The City College is a college in London, located at University House, 55 East Road, close to Old Street station on the edge of Hoxton and Shoreditch. It offers higher education courses in business and hospitality management, as well as diplomas in acupuncture and Tui Na. Business courses have intakes in January, April and September, and the college is recruiting for the September 2026 intake.

  • BTEC HNC/HND in Business Management by distance learning
  • BTEC HNC/HND in Hospitality Management
  • Acupuncture Licentiate Diploma
  • Tui Na diploma, one or two years

Fees for HND courses include college and awarding body registration, tuition and assessment. Students may be able to borrow money through student finance for certain courses, but not for the acupuncture and Tui Na diplomas. The college states that it achieved 95.7% overall student satisfaction in the National Student Survey (NSS) 2026. The college occupies the first to third floors of its building, which has no lift.

Fees

Course fees for the 2026-27 academic year (UK students):

  • BTEC HNC/HND in Business Management: £6,525 per year full-time, £4,890 part-time
  • Acupuncture Licentiate Diploma: £7,200 (first year), £7,500 (second year), £7,900 (third year)
  • Tui Na one-year diploma: £2,500

HND fees include college and awarding body registration, tuition and assessment; books and study materials are not included unless stated. The college may amend fees without notice.
