The Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA) is a Catholic university based at the Campus Papa Francisco in Buenos Aires, at Avenida Alicia Moreau de Justo 1300. It also has campuses in Mendoza (Godoy Cruz), Paraná and Rosario. According to the university, it offers 90 undergraduate degree programmes and more than 650 postgraduate and continuing-education courses, and has 20,409 undergraduate and postgraduate students and 4,942 teaching staff.

Teaching in Buenos Aires is organised in faculties and schools, among them:

  • Arts and Music, Economics, Medicine and Social Sciences
  • Law and Canon Law
  • Philosophy and Letters, Psychology and Theology
  • Engineering and Agricultural Sciences
  • School of Innovation and Technology, Business School and School of Politics and Government

The UCA International office handles student mobility and runs programmes such as UCA Global and summer immersion programmes with partner institutions; the university also has a language school (Escuela de Idiomas). In 2025 the UCA began its third institutional evaluation before CONEAU. Prospective students can find information on admission, scholarships and credit equivalences on the website.
