Description

The school was founded in 1964 and currently comprises the faculties of Agriculture, Education, Health Sciences, Humanities, Commerce, Science, and Social Science. It is known to be primarily an undergraduate institution, granting B.A., B.Ed., B.Sc., B.Com, B.N.Sc, and Agric degrees. Still, there are some postgraduate degrees in Agriculture, Chemistry, Education and History, while the school also plans to open Ph.D. programs soon. Another recent initiative is an online platform, which is going to enable the university to offer distance learning opportunities. Overall, the institution is putting a lot of effort to keep its academic program relevant to current industry trends and constantly meet society’s needs.
