The statement comes naturally due to the aging process and most athletes usually decide to hang up their guns before their fortieth birthday. So why not stick to the game you love and become a coach? Not only will you get to share your experiences with the younger generation, the prestige alone of the position is enough to make anyone stay in the game. But of course one has to be careful because there is a saying in the world of sports; players win the game and the coaches lose it. But then again if one fouls up in the field all one has to do is to look around and see who the audience is booing.
