The Faculty of Medicine of the Autonomous University of Madrid is located next to the University Hospital de La Paz. There are around 1,800 students currently. The degrees offered are: Medicine, Nursing, Biochemistry, Human Nutrition and Dietetics, the last two in collaboration with the Faculty of Sciences at the UAM. Students conduct their practices in six hospitals linked.
