About Cannes

Cannes is a seaside town on the French Riviera, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, halfway between Monaco and Saint-Tropez. Cannes is known worldwide for its film festival and is France's second city for trade fairs after Paris. For students it is above all a place to learn French by the Mediterranean; higher education is small-scale, built around one university campus and a number of public and private schools.
